1. YOU ARE REFUNDED IN THE FOLLOWING CASE:
    a) Cancel the order within 12 hours of placing the order and the order has not been completed.
    b) Damaged on arrival Or its a wrong product and do not want to exchange for another product.

If your order has been over 12 hours we can’t help you cancel your order because your item was finished. But You can email us. If it still processing we will cancel for you. Please sympathize with us for this inconvenience. It is difficult to sell to someone who has not the right choice. Any excuse from us, we will make you another one. We always want to bring you the best products, the cheapest with the fastest delivery time. Hope to receiving your sympathy and support in the future.

2. REFUND PROCESS:

a) Within 12 hours of placing your order, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email: support@hmtdental.com with information about your order as well as the reason you want to cancel the order.

b) With Damaged on arrival Or its a wrong product once your return is received and inspected you follow our Return Policy, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. REFUND TIME:

We submits refunds to your bank or your Paypal account 1 – 2 business days. Depending on the bank’s processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-15 business days credit back to you according to the method by which you paid, since you received a refund confirmation email from us.
